One record behind every number.
The dashboard, the reports and the assistant read the same entries. There's nothing to reconcile in the evening.
A mistake is corrected, never erased.
Void a sale or return part of it: Ventro puts the stock and the figures right, and the history stays whole.
A return refunds what was paid.
The amount actually collected, not the price on the tag. The item goes back into stock if you say it can be sold again.

The parcel leaves from Ventro. You follow it until you're paid.
One form, and the parcel goes to First Delivery with its label. The sale is recorded as cash on delivery, and the amount stays marked “to collect” until it's in your hand.

What you're probably wondering.
Does Ventro replace an accountant?
No. Ventro gives you reliable day-to-day numbers: revenue, margins, cash. For your tax obligations you still need an accountant.
What if I make a mistake recording a sale?
Void the sale, or return just part of it. Ventro corrects the stock and your numbers, and never deletes the history.
Which delivery company does Ventro work with?
First Delivery, today. You connect your account once in Settings, and parcels you create in Ventro are sent to them directly, with the label.
Does the AI answer my customers on Instagram?
No. Ventro never sends a message on its own. Every reply is written and sent by you or someone on your team.
What do I need to connect Instagram?
A professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) with message access turned on. You connect it once in Settings, through Instagram's own login.
Why can't I reply to an old message?
Instagram only lets a business reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, Ventro tells you so: reply from the Instagram app, and your reply still shows up in Ventro.
Can the assistant make up numbers?
No. It only answers from your real data, or tells you it can't answer.
